AI Automation on Salesforce

AI automation on top of the Salesforce you already invested in — Flow, Agentforce, Einstein, custom objects, and the external integrations that turn Salesforce into your operational backbone.

Salesforce is the most powerful CRM platform a business can adopt, and also the one where the gap between the version you bought and the version you actually use tends to be the widest. Most Salesforce implementations leave Flow, Agentforce, Einstein, and custom object capabilities under-deployed — not because the platform can't do it, but because the team running it has more pressing work.

Builder Cog closes that gap. We're an AI automation consultancy that builds on the Salesforce platform you already invested in — using Flow for orchestration, Agentforce for AI agents, Einstein for ML features, and the API layer for the integrations Salesforce doesn't ship out of the box. The result is a Salesforce instance that actually carries the operational load you bought it for.

The four ways Salesforce clients work with us.

Agentforce AI agents for your use case

Purpose-built AI agents in Agentforce — defined topics, scoped actions, confidence thresholds, and integrations with external systems via MuleSoft or API actions. Tested in the Agent Evaluation framework before going live.

Flow automation beyond the basics

Complex Flow design — multi-object, multi-system, conditional, error-handling — for operational processes that the standard Flow templates don't cover.

External system integration via API

Two-way integrations between Salesforce and the tools Salesforce doesn't natively talk to — your custom databases, vertical-specific applications, or post-acquisition systems.

Custom object modeling and reporting

Custom objects modeled to your actual operation, with reports and dashboards that pull from the data structure your business thinks in.

Real projects we deliver.

  • Agentforce agent for inbound lead qualification and triage
  • Flow-based deal routing and SLA enforcement across regions or product lines
  • Bidirectional integration between Salesforce and a customer-facing or vertical system
  • Custom object architecture for a business model standard Salesforce shape doesn't fit
  • Einstein-augmented forecasting and lead scoring tuned to your specific pipeline data

Common questions

Do you require Agentforce or Einstein licenses?

Only when the project uses those features. Many Salesforce projects work entirely within the licenses you already have — we'll tell you up front exactly what features and licenses are required before any work begins.

We have a complex Salesforce instance with technical debt. Will you make it worse?

No — and we won't pretend not to see it either. The first phase of a Salesforce project is an honest review of what's already there. If there's architectural debt slowing the project down, we name it, scope it separately, and you decide whether to address it.

How does this differ from a Salesforce implementation partner?

Implementation partners do the org buildout, migrations, and seat rollouts. We come in after that and build the AI agents, advanced Flows, and integrations that extend a working Salesforce org. The two are complementary, not competing.
